How To Cook The Perfect Roast Potatoes

Whenever we get assigned to bring a potato for a family dinner, my husband and I go to work whipping up a huge batch of these. When they are done, we just toss them in a roasting pan lined with foil or a slow cooker set to low, depending on how long it’s going to be before we eat. We have done up as much as 10 pounds of potatoes at once before, and there are never any leftovers. People go crazy over them. They are delicious just as they are, or you can top them with cheese, sour cream, and bacon bits for a whole new take. My kids love to put ketchup on theirs. Whatever you try, let us know how it is! We’d love to hear from you in the comments section below. 🙂
