Mom’s Goulash

Goulash is definitely one of those versatile dishes that you can mix and match whatever you have in the house to make it a complete meal. My favorite thing about it is the leftovers without a doubt. I think that it always tastes better the second day when all the ingredients really have a good chance to blend together. With a big recipe like this one, you can almost guarantee that you’re going to have extras for the next meal. Unless of course, you have a large family. If that’s the case, then just double up on everything. Make sure that you have a big enough pot though because you’re going to have a ton of it!
