There’s Nothing Better Than Buffalo Chicken Calzones

Whenever we would go to one of my favorite Italian restaurants back in college, I would always get a calzone. They were cheap and filling.

Now, whenever my husband wants to get pizza from the place that delivers near us, I will often let him get whatever he wants on the pizza, and then I’ll order a calzone for myself separate. You can stuff them full of all of your favorite toppings, and you don’t have to share it with anyone! Well, I could probably share mine half and half, because they are so big there is no way that I can eat the entire thing in one setting. I usually just save the other half to have at lunch the following day though. And I will put toppings in it that nobody likes so they won’t steal it!

When I was going to be having a few guests over for a game night, I thought about ordering some calzones, until I found this recipe for a buffalo chicken version on Kitchen Swagger.

It was one of my favorite kinds of dips that was turned into a calzone… I just knew that it would be a hit!
