Why You Should Be Making Creamy Ham And Cheese Casserole Twice A Week

It doesn’t matter what you’re in the mood for. This ham and cheese noodle casserole is perfect any day of the week!

My kids were out of school for Spring Break, and boy oh boy were they keeping me busy. As a stay-at-home mom, I am usually fairly busy anyways, but things always go up a notch when the kids are home for a whole week. I am sure that the schools have implemented this Spring Break so that we can prepare as parents for what’s to come over the summer. By the end of the crazy days, the last thing I was thinking about was cooking dinner.

There were a few recipes that I had used in the past that were fairly quick and easy, so I had them on standby ready to go for the week. This ham and cheese casserole was the first one that I made. The kids liked it so much, I made it twice that week!

It’s simple, easy, and affordable. Even my husband really enjoys this and he’s not huge on casseroles. Wait until you try it. Find the recipe on the next page!
